Returns/Exchanges

Because of the nature of the items we produce, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for the following:
  • Custom or personalized orders (special, customized or personalized items)
  • Items on sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards
We do not offer refunds, we offer store credit for a future purchase. We only offer exchanges if an item is defective or damaged. 


To start a return, contact us at: admin@littlemainstreetdreams.com

  • Please provide your name, order number/proof of purchase and email address (used for order). 
  • The item must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed) and the buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.


We normally respond promptly, however please allow 1-3 business days to respond to your request.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once the item is inspected and accepted, you will receive store credit to make a separate purchase for a new item. 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

Damages/Defective
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
