SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, CUSTOM MERCHANDISE & PERSONALIZATION TERMS

Certain products or services are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

  • Custom & Personalized Goods (Final Sale): All made-to-order, customized, or personalized items (including tumblers, tote bags, contact card holders, and apparel) are strictly final sale. We offer up to three revisions during the proofing stage. Initial proofs are typically sent within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you approve the proof or production begins, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects or seller errors.

  • Upfront Payment Requirement: Full payment is required upfront before order processing and production begin. This ensures quality, reduces delays, and secures materials for your custom order.

  • Design Stage Cancellations: If an order is canceled during the design proof process, a 20% design and restocking fee (calculated from the total price paid) will be deducted from your refund to cover preparation and administrative costs.

  • Production Stage Cancellations: Cancellations cannot be made once an order has entered production or after the 24-hour order placement window.

  • Unresponsive Customer Policy: If we do not receive a response, requested revision, or proof approval within 14 days of sending your initial design proof, the order will be automatically approved as-is and sent to production to prevent delays. Alternatively, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order minus applicable design fees.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for transit damage, missing items, or manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

  • Customer Proofing Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all text, names, dates, spelling, and design layouts before proof approval. We are not liable for errors resulting from customer typos or incorrect selections.

  • Color Display & Handcrafted Variances: Physical product colors, print tones, and sublimation outputs may vary slightly from online screen previews due to monitor calibrations. Minor variations in placement, finish, or texture are inherent to handcrafted production and do not constitute defects.

  • Timelines: Turnaround times reflect internal production lead times and do not include carrier transit times. Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for carrier or weather delays once packages ship.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOMER ARTWORK, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

  • Intellectual Property Warranty: By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, you warrant that you own the rights or possess explicit legal authorization to reproduce them. You agree to defend and hold us harmless against any copyright or trademark infringement claims.

  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any custom order containing infringing, offensive, explicit, or unlawful content.

  • Promotional Rights: Unless you explicitly opt out in writing before production, we reserve the right to photograph and feature completed custom items on our website and social media channels for marketing purposes.

  • Artwork File Requirements: Custom orders must be submitted using original, print-ready vector graphics, source font files, or high-resolution files (.AI, .EPS, or 300+ DPI .PDF and .PNG with transparent backgrounds). We do not accept screenshots, direct photos, or AI mockups, as extracting art from photos results in pixelation and poor print quality.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all store purchases and to promptly update your account details, including email addresses and credit card information, so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

We may provide access to third-party tools ”as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content and products available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party websites or materials and assume no liability for them.

SECTION 10 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or proposals (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, and distribute them without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
