✨Most orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Bulk orders, however, usually take 5 to 10 business days to process.
✨Custom orders require an approved design proof before production begins. Design proofs will be submitted for approval within three business days of receiving payment. Custom orders allow for up to two design revisions, with additional revisions incurring an additional cost.
✨If the items you purchased require special ordering, this may alter your original delivery date. In such cases, we will promptly notify you with an updated delivery date.

Shipping Issues
If the wrong address is provided and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for additional shipping to send your package to the correct address.
If you do not reschedule a delivery or do not pick up your item at your post office, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping to ship your item back. We will not refund your order and we will not pay additional shipping charges.
